This cover illustration for Faraday Discussions depicts the early processes of cellular binding and uptake of Tat-coated nanoparticles which were tracked, in three-dimensional fidelity, with a novel multi-resolution method. This novel 3D multi-resolution microscopy technique was developed by the Haw Yang Lab at Princeton University and helps understand viral trafficking (how virus particles approach and bind to cells).
